  • What is a Death Doula?

    A Death Doula is an umbrella term for someone who offers non medical, holistic support and comfort to the dying person and their family, and caregivers. This may include education as well as emotional, spiritual, or practical care.

  • Who needs a Death Doula?

    Death Doulas are rich educational resources. That can help people in a variety of situations:

    *If you want help with Pre-planning including advanced directives and after-death plans

    *If you or a loved one have been given a terminal diagnosis and would like help in organizing the details

    *If you are anxious about dying and death a death doula can offer you support, education, and resources

    *If you are a caregiver/family member a death doula can help lead tender conversations around values, death and dying.

    If you are a single person without family support, a death doula can offer compassionate support and education on end-of-life wishes and plans.

    If you are LBGTQ person who wants to be accurately honored in death, a death doula can help facilitate conversations so that your wishes are known and fulfilled.

  • How much does it cost to work with a death doula?

    Please know that while I list my cost of services, NO ONE is turned away due to lack of funds and we can discuss financial assistance.

    Everyone deserves end of life care.

    Hourly rate - $100

    Half hour rate -$50

    Payments are accepted by Venmo, Zelle, or check.
